Our judges had a tough job of choosing the winners for each category and age group - the standard was so high. In categories where we received few entries, we were only able to award one or two prizes.
All prize winners will receive a voucher towards Creative Write-it programs, including Creative Writing Clubs and Private Tuition, which run during school term in our studios at Balwyn North and Fitzroy, or our School Holiday Programs.
If you live far away from us, you can book into one of our Online Mentorships, which are especially great for writers who don't have access to creative support or guidance. We can tailor the mentorship for your interests, and you'll have regular one-on-one contact via email with a professional writer or illustrator, who will guide you, provide feedback, and help you achieve your creative dreams.
First Prize: $250 voucher
Second Prize: $100 voucher
Third Prize: $50 voucher
Winners will receive a certificate and voucher soon, as well as one copy of the Faraway anthology in which the winning entries will be published with feedback from the judges.
Highly Commended entries will also be published, and writers will also receive a complimentary copy of the Faraway anthology. Congratulations!
